Develop a Change Management Plan

Write a paper that specifically addresses your leadership strategy. You should address the following questions:

1. How will you lead the change brought on by the reorganization?
2. How will you lead the supervisors within your department?
3. What challenges do you expect to encounter as you lead a highly diversified department?

Support your paper with a minimum of two (2) resources, which may include your required text(s). In addition to these specified resources, other appropriate scholarly resources, including older articles, may be included.
