Things I will be looking for: 

• Basic user input controls that make sense for your site.  Include as many types (text box, radio button, check box, etc.) as you can
• Image buttons
• HTML5 (more advanced) controls
• CSS rules for form elements
• Javascript

NOTE:  We will be adding some simple javascript to make a few things “do” something in class, since this is not covered in the assigned readings.
