1. Read the Chipotle Case Study located in your textbook on Page 468.

Ethics and Social Responsibility

 

            Case Study: Chipotle

 

1. Before attempting to answer the questions, make sure you have completed the readings from Chapter 6.
2. Answer the three (3) Questions for Discussion using the material you learned in Chapter 6 and class discussion.
3. Your paper should be a maximum of three (3) pages, double-spaced in a Microsoft Word document. The page count suggested is the maximum but answers can be shorter if they are well written, concise and include a depth of content.
4. This assignment will be graded 70% on your ability to correctly apply the material you learned in chapter 6 and 30% on grammar, spelling and syntax. It is important you edit your answers before turning them in. Review the   Rubric for Written Assignments.

Items to consider:

– With regards to formatting – subheadings are always a great way to organize your material, you do not have to follow a 5 paragraph essay model, but you are more than welcome to if you prefer. You can also simply address the questions straightforward, listing them as #1, #2, etc. I’m flexible with format, content is more of my concern.

– Please, please proofread your work. Read it out loud, have someone else you trust check for grammar and spelling mistakes, and if you need additional assistance, please visit the writing center. (I will not read your work prior to the due date…once I read it, I will grade it)

– Lastly, if you reference sources within your paper, you must cite them! APA/MLA, or whatever style you prefer works for me, but taking work and passing it off as your own will not be tolerated. If you pull from websites, wikipedia, the textbook, etc., you need to cite your sources. How to reference and cite sources is available all over the internet.
