Preliminary Report about android application

Is  to develop an android application for optical character recognition.The mobile application will be able to capture an image and attempt to recognize characters on that image. The project will then translate the text to any language using either a built-in dictionary or use the connectivity is available.The mobile app will provide the ability to then save the text,convert it to PDF ,email it or sms.
