Find a United States Supreme Court case in which two elements are/were present:

1. An ethical dilemma.
2. A business theme.

A prime example is the Enron Scandal. Not only were they legally wrong for what they did but they were also ethically misguided as well as morally most would say (Do not use Enron for your assignment).

Please complete a case brief and your analysis to the case you provided. Your case brief must include:
