Healthcare Resource Management

I need a 10 page paper by June 29th. The paper content should include a job or function within the heathcare community. Such as, wellness, diversity in the workplace, obesity, or any other topics related in that field. I need an abstract work cited,  5 references,  and atleast 1 main source reference.  A PowerPoint is also needed for this assignment.  No more than 7 slides but informative. 

If you have other suggestions for a paper title it is welcomed. Please advise.
