IMAGE IS COMPRISED OF THE FOLLOWING CONSTRUCTS:

Food Quality=(X15+X18+X20)/3

Value=(X14+X16)/2

Service=(X12+X19+X21)/3

Atmosphere =(X13+X17)/2

Just run the regression with these as the independent variables.
