mechanics of materials

i need help in writing a mechanics and materials experiment lab report, i have all the results that are needed i only need someone knows about mechanics of materials who is able to do one part of a report which is experimental results and discussion, that should be in engineering style and about a page and a half, and should not be copied from anywhere.
